So i am putting a T56 into my 95 GT and I am having troubles with the clutch fork. I was told when I bought the trans that I would have to buy all these components as i excpected. The problem I am having is the clutch fork for the 95 does not fit into the opening in the bellhousing. It is too wide to fit in the exsisting hole. If anyone has done a T56 swap and come across this problem could you offer some guidence to the solution.

Thanks

i bought mine as a kit and it came with a fork. i honestly do not know what fork you need.

i really have nothing to offer here except for you spelled swap-swat.

did the swat team invade your garage while doing work?

j/k man welcome to the stangnet.

Hey Bimmer , where did you bought that kit and what is included with it?

I contacted D&D Performance and they told me the stock clutch fork will work in the trans. I assured them that it did not fit and sent them pictures showing them how it did not fit. I also told them that I hurd that a 93 Clutch fork will fit but i cant get my hands on one without buying one and not being able to return it if it doesn't work. Now i just sit and wait to hear back from them
