Hi all, sorry for the newbie questions, but I couldn't find the answers on Trick Flow's site.

1. What should I gap these plugs to? I'm using a stock ignition.
2. There's a steel ring that comes with the plugs. Is that to be used with TW heads? If so, does the flat side face the head, or does the lipped side face the head?
3. I see all over Trick Flow's site NOT to use anti-seize for header bolts and intake bolts. What are you guys using? And do I use anti-seize for the plugs, or just motor oil like everything else says to use?

Thanks in advance,

I would gap them to stock or a little shy say .050" and I would use anti sieze. I don't know if it matters, but I put the flat side to the head. That is just my opinion though.

Lipped side toward head!

Use antiseize.

.045-.050" is fine.

Did you receive a booklet with your heads? One came with mine and it told what to gap the plug to.
