B-cam users, can i still pass emissions

i ask this because the motor im buying is equipped with FRPP's B303 cam, which is apparently NOT 50 state emmisons legal. Is there any of you guys out there that are passing the sniffer with this thing in. i'll remove it if i have to, but i'd rather not. thanks

how strict are your states emissions. CO is kind of a PITA

I didn't think it got any worse than CA. I don't have the #s but most of it is visual, depending on who you go to. They check for all the equipment, timing, rpm, gas cap, and the sniffer test. The guy asked me if I had any mods and I denied it. It was pretty obvious though. Goog luck.
