I was on craigslist and found a B&M supercharger setup for 7lbs for 302s. It looks like a Carb setup but I was thinking of using a spyder efi intake and then an elbow ontop to bolt the throttle body to.

Anyone have any info on these? Would my idea work?

Hope it comes with a new hood too....cause there isn’t any way that's clearing a stock or low cowl induction hood with that old roots blower on there and a spyder elbow.

The B&M chargers use the old strait cut Eaton rotor profile. Not bad, but not nearly as efficient as the modern 60-degree twist rotors and cases found with later Eaton’s. Should get a stock Mustang into the low-13's pretty comfortably though. It'll be pretty noisy too so be prepared.

If you want an old school "nostalgia" look and feel, go for it. If you want a performer.....look into a Kenne Bell.
