I can't quote lift and specs for you, but anytime you do a cam swap like this, it's always ideal to swap out the springs too...as the springs are old and tired, and I'll the stock springs aren't going to be up to the task at high rpm's...
You stand a chance of floating a valve at high rpms.
it can be done on car. It's a pain in the ass, but not too bad. use some nylon rope and stuff it in a cylinder, then bring that cylinder to the top by rotating the crank by hand...this will keep the valves from falling into the engine. Next you'll need a spring compressor, autozone rents them, be sure it's the type that takes the springs off with the head on the engine
