Well unfortunately she did not make it to 300 rwhp. One pull he got her to 301rwhp but she started to pull timing. She ended up putting down 293rwhp and 310 lbs tq on a mustang dyno. Before the LTs and X pipe she put down 279rwhp and 293 flbs tq.

Video of the run.

You're probably at 300 on a dynojet. Regardless - nice results with the hitech's! It looks like we have the same mods, I've got my hitech's sitting in the box - waiting for enough $$$ for an install and fresh tune.

Like said, awesome for an auto/stock head car on a mustang dyno. I didn't think lt's would gain that much over an aftermarket mid pipe. Now i'm anxious to get mine on a dyno

Yes the re-tune was for the long tube and catted VRS X pipe. I am happy seeing as it was on a mustang dyno, I have an automatic, still have the stock spark plugs and I still run a catted mid pipe.

Well it's still close enough to 300. Those are nice numbers either way.

Just added the video of the run. Check my first post on this thread. One interesting piece of information. I was just looking at my old dyno chart and now my new one. I actually gained 50lbs tq at 3,000 rpm. With stock headers and H pipe I was at 245 lb tq at 3,000 RPM now with the LTs and X pipe I'm at 295 at 3k. So I actually gained a lot more power and TQ down low with the LTs. The great thing about today's dyno is that the weather was exactly how it was the last time I got her dynoed. It was 65 degrees light mist and almost 100% humidity.

Wow!!! Those are great numbers. Thats an impressive gain from the LT's, & with cats & an auto on a mustang dyno makes them even more impressive...

She is a blast to drive now. The cams, LTs and 4.10s are a perfect match.

Seems like you have done about as good as possible when it comes to power per amount of money spent on mods. If I had the money/time to do some mods to my car (and PI heads obviously), I'm not joking when I say I would copy your sig to the t. Well done man! Now you just need some track times!

That's a very respectable number to put down on a mustang dyno! My 88 put down just a hair over 300 on a mustang dyno and ran 12.2 in the quarter. I bet that car is fun with long tubes, a rev happy cam and 4.10s.
