Back up and running!

Well I got the edelbrock heads on, and I fired it up this evening. took it for a little drive Can you tell I am happy! The edelbrock heads really woke the 351 up.I had some really nice ported gt 40's on there, and I can still tell a big difference. "0" traction in 1st or 2nd. Gonna need some sticky's for Quaker city Drag way this spring. Not tuned in yet going to fine tune it in tomorrow.Thanks for all the help when I had questions!

I wanna get mine dyno'd this May....Next thing on the list is a set of Alums to swap over to....Curious on the HP difference...Sounds like you noticed a nice gain...Chit if you can feel the dif...thats sweet....

what is the setup on your 351w? Did you keep the stock internals or aftermarket? Im hoping to get a 351w this summer and slowly build it. Oh, which edelbrock heads did you install?

I have Forged flat tops w/ valve reliefs.I am running a trick flow stage1 cam,crane retrofit roller lifters,1.6 roller rockers,GT40,lower and a downs upper.70mm tb.and Hooker headers.The car has all factory working cruise control, air conditioning, and the works.The car runs and drives great,has excellent throttle response, and tons of mid range torque. I would do the 351 again, if not more (STROKER) if money would permit.

How did the retrofit roller lifter kit go? How much was the kit? Sounds like a nice setup you have their.
