Backspacing for 15x7 wheels

I know they aren't pretty or the lightest wheels, but would a set of 15x7 US Wheels steel rims with 4.5" backspacing work OK for drag radials? I can get a pair to my front door for about $60 from Summit Racing. They won't stick out of the wheel wells will they?

do yourself a favor and buy some 15x7 v6er wheels or look for a set of drag wheels.
any aluminum 5 lug ford wheel will work(ranger, crown vic, explorer) try ebay or the junk yard
