Allright so mah girl is ammlost ready to order me the rims, im looking at 15x10 prostars with 5.5 inch backspacing (thanks to a member on here who e-mailed me with some pics and info of his setup ) thanks alot man.....NOW to the problem, i have a set of lakewood tracktion bars on the car, now in the pics that he sent me the tire seems a LITTLE too close to the leaf spring so as to POSSIBLY make my traction bars a problem, so here is my question, if i were to order the rim with a 6 inch back space as opposed to a 5.5 inch, will it THERARETICLY bring the rim out another half inch

More backspacing would bring your rim closer to the leaf.

I would stick with 5.5" of backspacing on a 70. If the tire is a little too close to the leafs, you can always add a spacer for less backspacing. Too much backspacing can be corrected with spacers. Too little backspacing and your only option is smaller tires or tossing the rims.
