Whoa ... I just noticed myself in that second WFC9 pic (guy with sunglasses and short ponytail). I thought that car looked familiar... :D

Awesome resto job, btw.

As far as finding damage unreported on Carfax ... well, as far as I've learned, Carfax isn't nearly as handy as they make it out to be. I'm almost 100% positive my 'Stang was rammed into a light pole or something at some point, AND rear-ended (or at least backed into on both sides), but the body lines are still perfectly straight ... well, save for the rear quarter panels that they didn't see fit to completely bang back into shape. The radiator mount frame is a little cockeyed, the hood was white under the insulation (whereas the rest of the car was originally burgundy), and there were signs of a professional repaint having been done in the past ... well, before some bozo 16-year-old went crazy on it with primer, and then I later gave it an anything-but-professional repaint of my own.

No handling or structural problems whatsoever with my car. Doors open and close easier than my Lincoln's, hood latches perfectly straight n' easy, ditto for the trunk, and the only headaches I've had with it have been almost exclusively electrical-/emissions control-related. Could theoretically get dandy with some Bondo ad prep it up right for a sand-down and proper respray, but ... bah, paint don't make it go fast. :D
