Well Ive noticed this sound for quite a while. Its like a click/clunking sound from the bottom of the engine. I know I have some bad lifters but this sounds different. It seems to come from the bottom end passenger side of the engine but its really hard to pin down. It speeds up with idle and it sounds like someone put a lotto ball tumbler in the bottom of my engine. Performance wise its fine. Havent noticed anything there except an unstable idle (think thats vacuum issue). The short block has 188k on it and leaks a little oil from the rear main. All fluids are normal color. The balancer is almost brand new (had some wobble in the old one so I replaced it). This is a pretty short clip from my camera so the quality sucks but maybe it will be enough to gleam info from.

EDIT: I placed the camera on the ground just forward of the oil pan and shifted to the passenger side of the engine bay to get this clip
