There's no need to balance. After the flywheel is re-surfaced, make sure the dowels are re-installed. These help ensure that the clutch cover bolts on properly and on-center and thus won't cause an out of balance condition.
The flywheel and clutch cover/pressure plate etc are already balanced and the assembly, if put together right, will also be balanced.
