The ball joints in my car are likely the original so it would behoove me to install new ones when I do the 5 lug swap. Which would you recommend? I know that I need sn-95 style, but are regular replacements from the parts store fine or should I invest in Steeda X2's? Also, would you guys recommend offset bushings for the a-arms? (steeda kit)

When it comes to balljoints i prefer real ford parts.
As for the offset A arm bushings, me personally i wouldn't use them, but i don't know from experience.
I just don't like messing with the geometry too much, you never know wha'ts going to happen with wheel clearances.
Probably a PITA to put in too.

Moog is the brand i would use.

Either go with SN95 or fox, but you'll need spacers with fox bj's

I don't have personal experience. I installed new Ford Racing A-arms when i did mine and just used the spacers.
