Well I'm definintely itching for an O/R x pipe right now, and I'm a little torn. At first I thought it would be Dr. Gas all the way, but now I'm having second thoughts. I'm sure it would sound great, but it's significantly pricier than the UPR. I also may get LT's some day, so I don't know exactly how much I want to spend. I've also heard that because of how high up the crossover goes on the Dr. Gas that with Sportlines it scrapes a lot. Would it just be easier to go with the UPR, or does the sound/performance gains of a Dr.Gas easily outweigh it?

I think the sound/performance gains over different brands of true X-pipes is minimal. Dr. Gas needs to be welded, which turns me away from it. Look into UPR as you said, and VRS as well. SLP would allow you to get longtubes in the future (their LT's).

I just installed the Bassani C/B yesterday to go with my SLP O/R X. It sounds amazing  I'll post some vids later.

Did you have any clearance issues with the passenger side muffler? mine is about 3/4" from the driveshaft (which makes me uncomfortable) and about 1 cm off the frame.
