Hmm im starting to think that the design of the Bassani X-Pipe makes it louder than a "true x" design like the UPR X-Pipe i have with the Bassani Catback

The catted-X comes with straight pipes to put in place of the cats and I'm wondering if the non-catted version is bent/shaped a little differently, causing a different sound. I'm telling you, this thing almost sounded bad, as in offensively, obnoxiously, I've got blood coming out of my ears kind of bad.

Hmmm.....I have the Bassani Catback with stock H.
I've wanted to add a midpipe, and was thinking of the Bassani Catted X.
Are you guys saying it's gonna drone?
If so, what other options do you suggest?

It's not an annoying drone with the cats in, and the overall sound of the Bassani system outweighs any nuisance the drone might cause. I'm just saying that with the cats taken out of a normally catted X it got almost excessively loud...

Can anyone post a short vid/audio clip of highway driving with the Bassani system? Also is there more than one type of Bassani for our cars?

For us vert drivers drone is a really ear killer if you know what I mean

i have no clue how you guys say that it drones with the X-pipe if i get hardly any droning from this complete bassani set up, and i have also ran the O/R X-pipe and it is loud real loud, but i guess to some people they have more sensetive ears than others

That would be really cool if you can post a little vid

I am really inerested to see if it worse than my Flowmaters 40's dual chambers with 4.10's @ 60-70 mph.
