Electrical Battery Drain, Yellow Solenoid Wire

Had a battery draining issue in my 92 5.0 or a long time that started while it was sitting, and I've narrowed it down to the circuits that branch off from the Solenoid on the big yellow wire.

Assuming its the same as a 91 (whose wiring diagram I can find) the circuits that branch are as follows:

1. Ignition Switch
2. Fuse Panel
3. Window Defrost
4. Fuel Pump

I pulled all of the fuses to rule out number 2. Any ideas on the others?

Defroster relay is a rusty mess. It looks like it was full of water back when I had some water getting in. Pics are in my name that part thread.

Pulled the relay and voltage is holding steady with the key off.
