Battle v/s car update "car winning"

I've been fighting all kinds of trouble on car with lots of new crap installed its running wierd still. I fixed truoble code for pip & ACT sensors but now I am getting code 42 KOER no exhaust gas oxygen switching detected- always indicating rich? Now whats up? Badv O2 sensor or faulty wiring, puter f-d up? Im getting tired. Had car since nov still havent been able to drive it yet. The thing is idling like crapola. It goes from 600 to 1200 up & down I';ve checked the boards for most common surging idle stuff & still got problems. May be time to get chip burned or something. All the upgrades must be confusing puter I guess.

I would start with changing the O2s.
