BBK hpipe with cats

Has anyone had any experience with the BBK hpipe with cats? How does it fit? Sound? Perform? . . . etc. I've had an offroad h for a while now but im gonna need emmisions pretty soon so i thought id try a hi-flo. I wouldn't pick the BBK, but I could get it for about $125... worth it or not?

I had one on my car for a couple years... It sounded great, and worked pretty well... When It came time to do smog, I switched it out with the stocker, so I wouldn't have any trouble... and I would always pass... Well, I just sold it a friend of mine, and he put it on, and passed smog about a week after the install.. so I would say as long as the cats are in good shape, you should have no problems..
