right now i have BBK shorties and Pypes O/R X pipe on my car. It sags way too low and the x pipe has no hangers!! its been on there for a while and its getting old when it scrapes on everything! I wanted to try BBK Longtubes and BBK O/R X pipe. wanted to know from people who have had this combo does it hang low, scrape? does the BBK O/R X for longtubes have hangers? thanks

I'm running Mac long tubes with a Mac H pipe and I love them. I think you'll be just a happy with the BBKs. When I switched from shorties to the full length I picked up a little bit more useable low end power and a deeper tone.

i got bbk lt's and bbk 1660 o/r x. the local exhaust shop had to customize the x pipe because it was way too narrow and short where it meets the headers. Now, either BBK has fitment issues or my car came with the wrong headers already on it. I have a 90 GT and dont know if someone rigged the wrong headers on it or not. I would imagine the ports would not line up if i had the incorrect headers. Not positive though. I know they are not 94-95 headers b/c they dont have the egr bung on the passenger side. I told myself I wasn't going to buy anymore BBK products. I dont even want to put their sticker under my hood. But don't rely on my opinion only. Reason being, my car came with a 96-04 4.6 liter bbk catted x. So whoever put that on the car could have easily been dumb enough to put the wrong headers on it. My old x hung way down too. now, everything is up tight against the car, but cost me $80 in customization. Sounds awesome though. :)

I've had BBK longtubes and an offroad x-pipe. No problems with everything fitting. My car has been lowered and the header scrape on some speedbumps. The x pipe does not ever scrape or hang low. BTW it bolts up to Mac catback.
