I have an 04 mach and just ordered a magbaflow catback. I originally had a flowmaster 2 chamber with a bbk o/r x. It sounded horrible together and I felt like I lost power. When the check engine light came on I decided to put on the stock h pipe. My question is now that the flowmaster catback will be replaced with the magnaflow will the bbk x pipe be worth putting back on or is it just garbage. I am trying to decide before investing in a set of mils. I was told that one of the reasons it sounded like crap was because of the chambered mufflers. I called bbk and they recommended themagnaflow but obviously they wont say there product is junk. I like my car loud but I want good loud. I also dont want to lose power or torque. Any suggestions?

Go with the magnaflow, they have no chambers so it should sound better. And get the MILs anyway. It's always a good idea to use them with any o/r pipe.

I always thought people liked Flows and O/R X even though people say "blah blah don't go with chambers on an X". I have Spintech Sportsmans on my BBK O/R X and my friends and i think it sounds badass.
