I have the racecraft springs on my car right now but i have the bbk springs sitting in my garage, I'm starting to get more into road racing and making runs up the local mountain. which springs would help me me handle better in the twisties?? thanks guys and how much should i be looking at for a spring install at a decent shop?

Saleen, especially back in Fox days, was road racing derived, I would have to think they are more appropriate for raod racing conditions. I dont know anything about the BBK's though. just my .02, i could be way off

I was always under the impression that specific rate was better for road racing and progressive were nice for the street because they acted a little softer the specific rate to start with then got stiff in heavy cornering. I would stick with the specific rate coils.
