Currently I am working on a '97 Mercury Grand Marquis. Problem I am having is that my speedo is a little over 5 mph off due to reducing the size of my rear tires by a little over 2". Went from a stock 215/75/15 to a 245/45/17 on '94 GT tri Bars. My question is this. What is the stock speedo gear color for a 4.6 Auto with either a 2.73, 3.08, or a 3.23 rear R&P? Figure that this is what I would need on a cable driven speedo with this size tire to correct my speed.
