Will a T45 bell bolt to a 302?
Anything that will bolt to a 302 will go up to your 351.

Correct me if Im wrong, but Yes it will bolt up. You will need a bellhousing/scattershield from an sn95 mustang. Foxbody bellhousing will not work because of the longer input shaft on the sn95(t45) trans.

Wait a second... after re-reading your post before I posted my response, what exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to use the t45 bellhousing with the t5? In that case you will need either a t45, or the t5 used in the 94+ 3.8L mustangs (and dont worry, they still have the 3.35 first and are actually stronger than most of the earlier v8 t5s).
