Well that is a quick change of events. How did you come about changing the timing cover and tensioner to total rebuild?

im doing both, i have been paying off the new forged internal engine for two months on layaway now and i just got the repair on my current engine yesterday. the reason i want a new motor is cuz i want to get around 500 at the wheels.

Good Deal! Like to see the end product installed. Did you get the other parts installed on your current engine and the problem solved?

just got it and it drives well and no longer eats belts. ill post some pics tomorrow. and btw the new engine im paying off may be a 4 valve depending on if it will work with the shortblock i am paying off that was originally planned to be a 2v. if it will work then a termi swap may end up being what i do.
