BELT SIZE ????(NO SMOG PUMP)

I just removed my smog pump and wanted to know what the new belt size would be instead of buying the smog pump delete pulley? I have a '93 fox. HELP !!!

You will need a 76" belt if you just removed the smog pump, and no A/C. I can't remember how it route's, I think it's differant, but not sure, but it will work. I have 5.0 bible of some sort and that's what it recommends.

i think i am running an 80.5 inch belt with my smog delete

Nononoon. With no smog or ac I am running a 71 inch belt. The tensioner is extremely close to rubbing. A 70.5 inch belt would be ideal but its too short and I cant get it to fit.

You may just want to measure it with a string to get close. Take it to the zone and grab a couple similar sizes to see which one fits. There seems to be alot of variation in belt sizes with the same setups. I have no smog or A/C and I could get the 70.5" to fit.

With my '86 GT. I have underdrive pulleys, no smog pump or pulley. I still have A/C and a 80" belt fit but was real tight. I would go with the 80.5" belt. The only problem is that I think the water pulley is different from 86 to 93.
