Bent shift fork??

i think i bent the shift. in 1, 2, 5 the trans in fine but went i go to 3, 4 and let out the clutch it just grinds. racing when it happened about 3 months ago. What would i have to replace and about how much would it cost. Really need help here guys, thanks!!!

ouch, that can be serious. i would hope for it to be the shift fork. if not, it may be the 3-4 slider (don't exactly know what could have happened to it, just throwing out parts that 3rd and 4th share.

you should definitely tear the tranny down to see what's up inside there though. if it's a shift fork id recommend trying to pick up either a grenaded t-5 or just the top cover to one, as getting the shift shaft out and the shift forks off of it can be a pain int eh royal ass. good luck
