Best Coolant for outside temps @ 120+

So I just finished an oil cooler install and I noticed my coolant is slightly low...... I just replaced it about 600 miles ago when doing the heads but instead of buying some more of the regular stuff I was wondering if I should be running something else like water wetter being we regularly see 120+ here in the desert and never have an average of about 110+ for 5-6 mo's.........

I'm not looking to spend to spend though, if what i have is fine i'll stick with it..

Dang its winter...you guys are still seeing 100+ temps!?!?!?

Water wetter works perfect, and if you dont see sub freezing temps just run about 10% AF and add in a bottle of WW.

no no......it's not 100's yet, but it'll be here soon....we're low 70's most days now

the lowest of lows dead night never come close to freezing.... Why run 10% AF?? sorry...I'm a coolant newb..
