What would be the best plenum and throttle body for a 03 gt 5 speed with 4.10 gears, pulleys, cold air intake, flowmaster exhaust with no cats(considering ordering some headers too any opinions on the bbk shortys is appreciated) clutch and shifter? Looking for the most gains. Would like to get matching and wanted to go trick flow but I can't find a trickflow tb. But please let me know what you all think. Corey

not Mac TB. trust me on this.
I would go with accufab or BBK.
I have C&L plenum, and ii like it. But if i'm to do it again, i'd go with Accufab TB&plenum. both polished

As the guys said above, the Accufab piece makes the most power. Least on the dyno's this seems to be the case. However, its a bit more expensive than the other brands. Here is a link to the Plenum showdown, which was performed by Matt and the guys at Modular Depot.

As for headers, here is my opinion. If you're going to even bother messing with headers on a n/a vehicle, you might as well do it right and get long tubes. No sense in paying hundreds of dollars for short tubes when you can buy long tubes for about the same price and get more power per dollar you spend. BBK is a decent brand for exhuast parts, but so is Bassani, Borla, Magnaflow, and SLP. I would recommend Mac if you can get them with ceramic coating or something to prevent rusting in the future. Other than rusting problems, Mac exhuast products are a good option. They fit well, make great power, and most importantly, they are not nearly as expensive as some other brands.

Amaxing how many lemmings all refer the one test that actually only proves that they (all tested) perform the same.

All major brnads will perform the same. Buy based on price and look.

Everything MAC makes is garbage and should be avoided.

Accufab and Dragon have the best quality record in our experience.

I have the accufab and I bought it because it looks the best imo and performs at least as good and if not better than the rest.

Did I mention it looks great.

I chose Dragon over the Accufab - Dragon showed good test results...and I didn't like the looks of the Accufab.

Either or. At stock levels both make ther same power, but the 75 leaves room to grow with no downside.
