Best pulley commbo w/ heat exchanger?

Whats the smallest pulley size i should go with on my 03 cobra with a afco pro series heat exchanger? i was going to do a billetflow 2.93" with 100mm idler but now im thinking about doing a 2.76" with 100mm idler. any help will be appreciated thanks.

Doesn't matter. All an aftermarket heat exchanger does is allow the intercooler fluid to return to a normal operating temperature a little quicker. It does not have a significant effect on IAT2 temps at all. Basically it allows you to make more passes at the track with less cool down time. Run whatever pulley you want, the heat exchanger has no effect on that. If it were me I wouldn't run anything smaller than a 2.93 on a non-ported Eaton.

I have a huge heat exchanger on my Lightning and it helped cool the intercooler fluid faster. I noticed the truck had more power after multiple runs/beating it light to light. It was a good investment for me I guess. Plus, the guy at my radiator shop made it for 100 bucks. I gave him my original and he had me an all aluminum fat one in about 2 weeks.

I wouldn't go smaller.

If I were you , I would get a 3.1/6# combo. Better belt wrap.
