again... you can go that low it all depends how much you are willing to spend to fix the geometry. the front of the torque arm is in a fixed location height wise, this gives you the anti squat and instant center. start going too low there the AS and IC get into a location thats not going be favorable for anything end result is moving the torque arm back up in the front.
stock suspension is going to be the same thing. you will need to change the mounting locations to get that low.

then on to the front

to get a 24" fender opening height

we had to have the tops of the strut tower cut off and made new to get the caster and camber right. we also had to use drop spindles to get the bump steer not all screwed up.

so again you can go as low as you want it just depends how much you are willing to spend to get that low. i will say working on a car that low is a PITA!!!!

I suppose fender height is also relative to wheel and tire size. So perhaps the visual reference on the pics i posted before are better than a given number...i run a 245/40-18 front and 295/35-18 rear and currently sit at 25 1/4 front fender and 26 rear fender and i sit about 3/4" above the tire. I have 7" from ground to side skirt (GT). Would like the front to come down 3/4-1" and the rear 1/2-3/4" as well.

So there is no way to run a car that low? I have seen quite a few people with the tires slightly tucked and they drive really nice foxes. What is it that will get messed up?

To get the car nice and low I would add an air ride suspension you can lift it or lower it anytime especially for speedbumps you can lift it up and drive over them with our bottoming out lol
