Sorry, I am sure this has been asked and aswered a hundred times but what is the best tire pressure for Nitto drag radials. Last time I raced I was at 15lbs and was pulling 1.9 60ft's but I am trying to get down to 1.8's. Will lowering the pressure any more do it or will it slow my times down?

Thanks

That dependes. Are you spinning at the line? If not then keep them where they're at. If you are, then let out a couple more pounds. I wouldn't suggest much lower then 12lbs.

I have let my down to 9 lbs. and they hooked pretty good. Second of all, are you doing your burnouts in second gear or first. I was told that you have to get them really hot in order to hook I started doing second gear burnouts right in front of the water. Let them down little by little, and if you get some swaying down the track, then dont go any further or put a little back in.
