Best tranny fluid for mildly built '91 AOD.

Hello Everyone,

I've built up a '91 AOD out of GT Mustang to use in my '67 coupe. It's got a Trans-go shift kit with 2800 stall convertor and a hardened shaft. What would be the best transmission fluid to use for this tranny? How many quarts does a dry system use?
