Tweecer R/T, with a Wide Band O2.

For starters, just the basic starter changes will help you learn, are easy to do, and will help with the driveability of your setup. As you learn you can take advantage of all the things you can change.

The thing I LOVE about the Tweecer is that I can change as I go. When I go to the track, I can datalog my run, play it back, and make changes to my tune right there on the spot. Plus with the 4 settings, you can load different calibrations and change on the fly. I have one tune for daily driving, one for NA track, one for nitrous at the track, and one with a 500 rev limiter that I use as a secondary theft device.
