Best way to convert CFI to Mass Air?

Hello everyone!

I just bought a super clean 83 'bird with a 302 and that crappy CFI injection.
I'm thinking about converting it to Mass Air Flow Multiport injection. IE, like a 89-93Mustang HO.
Does anyone know what the EASIEST method would be?
Or, would It be easier to do something totally different, like FAST or something like that?
