Best way to tell a 8.8

Hey guys, gonna pick up a 8.8 rear from a 94 gt without axles and brakes, is there a way to tell by looking at it if its a 8.8, and do they come stock with trac loc?

Ford 8.8 = 10 bolts, 11" wide.

Ford 7.5 = 10 bolts, 9 3/4" wide.

They do have traction-lok(a.k.a. posi-traction)
The 8.8 is HUGE and is basically a rounded off square

i believe one is more circular an one is more ofa square shape, i forget which one is which though
