I'm using Pypes XFM43 cut out on stock piping with Borla Stingers. It is kind of ghetto.. I was wondering if anyone has a good recommendation on a Catted X-Pipe/H-Pipe combo that works nicely, installs nicely, and would fit on my car and not CEL it out... thanks! :flag:

I put the modular Bassani X-Pipe with cats and race pipes. My car was noticably running better. I have only run it with the cats, b/c I was told it sounds rediculous with the race pipes. I am currently running it with the stock mufflers. I had weld-in Flowmasters 40 series that the previous owner had installed. They didn't sound right. I like them much better with the stock mufflers, but have heard them with the JBA's and they seem to be the best combo with the pipes.

I have the JBA with my x pipe and it sounds pretty good. As far as performance I ran a 14.1 @ 98mph bone stock with my auto then added the x pipe and mufflers as well as JLT cold air kit and tune which brought me to a best 1/4 mile of 13.3 and best mph of 104.56 so the combo together obviously worked but I cant say about the x pipe itself....I would doubt any more than a few hp since the new mustangs have good exhaust from the factory.

And the bassani also has the straight off-road pipe as well, so go thru emissions, then take out the cats and replace with the supplied pipes that come with the 'kit'. My x-pipe of choice when the time comes. my .02
