Black Body moulding?

Was wondering what people use to touch up the black body moulding? I sprayed it last year with just flat black Crylon and now the rear bumper cover moulding is chipping off and cracking what should I use and should I put a clear coat on it after? I didnt do that last year. Thanks for any help.

You need a paint that will move and flex.

They do make a semi-gloss black flexible bumper/trim paint in a rattle can that works perfectly. Got mine at Napa, and did all the trim/window mouldings on my car.
