Blow off Valve on just an INTAKE...WTF

OK so last night im at a meet and im talking to a ricer who was passing by...long story short, he tried to tell me you can put a blow off valve on an intake ( just a regular BBK or mac or JLT style) and i will make the same sound as a turbo..WTF he's not serious........is he...? I know my enginerring is a little off but come on, there is no way

Bov releases PRESSURE on the intake...last time I checked there is a slight vacuum on the intake pipe of a N/A car. Some of the ricer crowd really have no clue...usually its the guys with the modded turbo cars that know their stuff.

Ha reminds me of when I met a guy with a 4 banger Ford probe. Had head and cams W/ 11-1 compression...+ a few boltons. Told me it went 13.2 @ 106 on street tires...yes N/A and FWD.

N/A engines operate in slight vacuum....you would need a Suck off valve

Mang, hook dat Greddy blow off valve up to da intake, before the turbonator, and watch as the FWHP doubles... For sho dawg... Finish it off wit dat Whistle tip, and dat mad tyte exhaust tip spinna, and get all da fly biches fo realz...

yahhhh... hahahahaha, I couldnt stop laughing, he was so proud about running 14's , HA, my car with nos does low 12s, and even then its not fast enough for me... fu**ing ricer's they will never learn..8 is more than 4 WTF..intake blow off valve, Im pretty sure he's still a virgin :SNSign:
