V1 here, 13 lbs which is far above 48,000 rpms at my 6200 rpm redline lol. 450-460 rwhp on a dyno jet and we tuned quite a bit of power out of her. Never had issues. But I want a turbo. Le sad.

The "person above" didn't say it was not possible to make 500rwhp with gt40 heads.
He used the sum of the parts you suggested you were using to let you know that you weren't going to get 500rwhp with an S trim and gt40 irons.
Nothing was said about a turbo.
Good luck spinning an S trim that fast with a set of restrictive iron heads, should make for an incredibly unreliable ride.
