summit sells universal aluminum radiators that work great and are good quality. Do a search on here for Northern raditaors. Mine was $170 I think and works fantastic.

Whats your thermostat? If any? 180 usually works, but going to a lower thermostat doesnt necesarily mean it will run cooler.. An aluminum radiator isnt really the cure all fix for it, because regular ones work fine when everything is setup correctly...

with no changes other than switching from a new stock style 3 core to the northern aluminum, my temps dropped form 240 to 160. I'd say thats a substantially more effective radiator. I tried all sorts of stuff before I bought it, shrouds, air dams, different fans, thermostats and restrictors, different coolants, I spent more money doing all that stuff than I spent on the new radiator. Wish I'd have done it first.

First thing I did for my car was to replace my radiator with a 4-row (non aluminum however). Gauge hasn't seen 1/2 mark since.
