so.. getting the heads milled ('69 302 heads, 302 engine).. going 4 barrell... new cam, lifters, springs..
The stock manifolds are tiny like 1.5" so doing headers too me thinks...

how much does the iron timing cover chain weigh? can I get an aluminum one off a fox mustang?

Your timing cover is made out of Aluminum.

they were all aluminum,the fox covers might not have a fuel pump opening,so if your running a electric pump it doesnt mater.

ya sweet aluminum we took it off today and are about to put in the cam and button up the lower end

you might want to run a tap through the threads of the timing cover to clean them while you have it off.. They tend to strip out very easily..
