Blue Oval Industries Beware!!

Love Summit Great company, good customer service, and love the store since I live about 40 mins away from the headquaters in Talmadge Ohio ! But just wish that they would price match the other Companies out there ! I get nailed with Summit if i order online due to the fact that I have to pay Tax and Shipping cost and if i go to the store i just get hit for the Tax !

haha, I will never bought from that company ever again! When I had my 2000 GT i ordered a set of smoked headlights that fit horrible!!! I send them an email about it, that guy said I must not know what I was doing and that it was my fault that the headlights wereNT fitting right. So i then send him pic of his ****ty headlight and my hazzy stockers (which for some odd reason I could intall, BUT not his aftermarket ones right). So they said they would refund my money blah blah blah. About two weeks went by, I never received a return # or anything. I paid out of my own pocket to ruturn his garbage, and they charged me shipping when they first sent out the headlights, SO IN all I was out $55. faCK! THEM and their business! I went down the street and paid $120 at a certifit store for 03-04 smoked headlights that fit like a glove!

Funny you just mentioned that. I just bought an o2 sensor from Rock auto. Phenom company so far for oem replacement parts.

Where is Blue Oval operated out of?

Hmm I was gonna order some smoked headlights from this tomorrow actually.. Anyone know any other good places for smoked headlights for the fox? I plan on eventually doing the tails and 3rd brake light also and would like it all to match.

I order from Blue oval every chance I get....not only is he the cheapest, but he's small enough to care about the customer. He's polite to me....I'm polite back. I deal with order desk personel all the time...he's really quite good at it and can get the job done.

This is without a doubt the FIRST company I look at when I'm looking to make a purchase...
