Blue Smoke On Cold Start

The smoke around the manifold (this is the exhaust manifold right?) May be oil drippings from a seeping valve cover gasket, the tailpipe smoke may be valve seals, if it does not smoke out the tailpipe all the time I would not worry about it, watch to see if it smokes when you pull away from a traffic light after idling a couple minutes.
