Giants 14, Pats 0 6 minutes into the game. If the Giants meet the Pats 2nd team in the Superbowl, they will be screwed!![]()

when did i say anything about you picking brady i just said i personally wouldn't and yes he will be my starter he has been the last 2 years. i hate eli anyways just picked him up for a trade option down the road.
and brett looked damn good tonite for just a old washed up qb
13/18 142 yards and a TD i would say thats pretty good.

favre is the best get over it

Best at what? Most career Interceptions thrown![]()

SVT i always thought you were a loser your draft picks didn't change that.![]()

every statistic a QB can have i understand brady will never live to be favre and it makes you mad. i don't blame ya i would be too. but good thing for me im a fan of favre so i never have to worry bout none of that.

Hes already a better QB then favre, 3 superbowl rings, Most TD's pass's in a season. I dont remeber the exact stat but his win/loss record is something along the lines of 12X to 27, something like that.
I couldnt think of a better quarterback in the past 10 years then brady and one would deff not be that washed up hazbeen favre

LOL he can't be serious..
brady is in the top 3 all time.. He won three superbowls with garbage WR's won a SB his first season as a starter on a team picked to finish last in the afc east.. Once he had some weapons he set the regular season TD record playing outdoors in a cold weather city ( previous records were set in a dome and the one before it in florida)
Look what happened to the pats last year without him.. they went from one of the greatest offenses ever put on a football field to mediocre
It's ok redline he don't get it.. some people are just a little special (slow) and we need to be nice to them
Speaking of the challenged where is that gt5.0kid he does not show up and post in here opening weekend he is getting banned and his avatar will be a giant gay pride flag then I will find a thread he posted in and sticky it to the top of every board on the forum with his giant gay pride flag
Maybe I will rename the nfl thread the " bluffing024's gt5.0kid is a homo/ official nfl thread" if he does not show
But there are 4 quarters in a football game which led to the Patriots winning
Patriots second/third string owns the Giants second string.
There are other Hall of Fame QB's in other eras that were just as good, many I didn't see much of. I do remember Montana and he was comparable to Brady.Brady is the best QB of all time. No question.

That being said, I am NOT a Pats or Packer fan and I believe Brady is quite a bit better than Favre overall. Stats never tell the whole story with QB's.
I agree that montana and brady are pretty close.. I do think that montana did have better weapons for most of his career.. If brady puts up a few more season of big numbers like he did in 2007 then I will go with a definite best ever tag on brady..
Plus it's hard to judge modern qb's against guys from the dead ball era.. so thats why I say top 3 all time
BTW had the patriots won SB42 I think he would already be the #1 all time no questions..
Perhaps. I think that determination should really go to the professional football folks, coaches, reporters etc.
One way I've used to see "who was best" (with MLB mostly) is to judge the player against the field of his current contemporaries. For example, look how much better Tiger Woods is than the rest of the field. In the NFL, we often see Brady mentioned in the same breath as Peyton Manning. There is debate over who is better. Even if we can claim Brady has the edge, we have to admit that the 2 are close.
I'm not familiar with all the QB's of yesteryear unfortunately.
