Although Eli played very well and his injury to his foot appears OK now, they managed to lose again.
The players all played better than they had been but the coaching calls in the red zone look far too conservative.

At 5-4 it will be a very tough road to make the playoffs.

haha 4 straight loss's for the Giants

You know, I actually feel bad for you and other Pat fans. Let me explain:
I'm looking over the rest of the Giants schedule for this year and they will need at least 10 wins to get into the playoffs. So, they need to go 5-2 the rest of the way to finish 10-6.

Then I remembered last year the Pats went 11-5 and did not make the playoffs! Seems like BS to me. So, if the Gmen somehow got the ship righted and went 6-1 and missed the playoffs I'd be pissed. Very very pissed.

I have no idea what can or should be done about an 11-5 team not making the playoffs but it blows knowing this can happen.

Browns went 10-6 the 07 season and missed the playoffs. That was are chance for a while

I have no idea what can or should be done about an 11-5 team not making the playoffs but it blows knowing this can happen.

As much as it pains me to admit it, last year in my Fantasy Football league I kept accumulating Patsy players (Hey, I gotta go with the hot players no matter what the team). I had 4 players plus their crappy defense. I was all set to go into the playoffs with a boatload of players. Then the Patsy's don't make the playoffs which torpedoed me.

I'm in a league at work with mostly co-workers. Our league goes all the way through the playoffs and into the Superbowl. You can't add/drop after the playoffs start. You just set your line-up until you have no playoff/superbowl players left to get points.

Yeah it happens.. even the best sometimes make mistake..

Eli is not a bad qb i think is is average to slightly above average with a good upside.. On the other hand his bro is a GREAT QB but we have to remember in peytons first 5 seasons he threw 100 picks so who knows what eli will do later.

To me he (Eli) seems streaky. I'm cutting him a little slack b/c when he started to play poorly, it was right after his foot injury. He hides injuries. Last week, he ran around well and had a much better game. However, the game plan offensively was the suxor. Waaaaay too conservative. Gilbride was paranoid to throw into the end zone when inside the 20. Settling and not executing field goals is not how you win football games.

Bengals beat the Steelers AGAIN!

No luck, no fluke. Bengals have a lot of talent and they have for years. They're finally getting it all together and playing they like should.

2x over Ravens.....2x over Steelers.....Love it or Hate it...Bengals are finally playing it this year.

I'm not some freak fanatic fan by any means....but is sure is dang nice to see the talent on the Bengals playing it like they should.
