Bodykit Mounting Rails

Who was it whom I was talking to before the server crash about the mounting brackets for the GT sideskirts? He generously offered to measure them out for me. I just need the rocker-panel braket measured for length... Pics would be great also because Im gunna try to make my own rather than pay the $300+ for a set

I got mine from a mustang salvage place. I think I paid like 50 for the whole set in top condition. Try finding them used first.

Yeah, the rocker-panel piece I think was the cheapest one. Plus you need 2 of those, and 4 other ones. Not to mention I live In Canada so I'd have to have them shipped as well. There is absolutely no hope of me finding them in a scrap yard, because, like I said, I live in Canada. The things rot off in like 5 years, no way a scrapped car would have good rails. Anyone have theirs off who could to a quick measurement?

Horizontal 8.5" 3 rivets

Vertical 5.5" 2 rivets.

They are shaped differently than the rocker panel.

How long is the rocker panel one? I have rusty examples of the others, but I dont have the rocker-panel mounts anymore.

The rocker panel one is the longest one, located right underneath the door. Do you have a digi-cam by any chance? To snap a quik picture?

EDIT, okay i see the pics. can u get a close-up of part of the rocker-panel rail so I can see the shape a bit more clearly?
