Hello all! This will be a quick one.
I went to Auto zone for a new gas cap, and the guy there offered to take off the old one, which had a bracket on it, which held the gas cap to the car. He asked if I wanted the bracket back on, and I said no because it was broken.
HOWEVER.
he did not put the bolts back on, and I wasn't paying attention. Now I'm missing two bolts on the filler neck where it holds it to the car. I'm attaching a picture. I put a small bolt in trying to determine soze, but there are two that are missing.
I went back to autozone. He'd thrown the bolts away, and NO ONE at the place could tell me what bolt size I need without taking the remaining one off.
I really hope someone on here knows what size/thread I need. It's held with one bolt, but I'm about to replace the gaskets around the filler neck and I'd like to put new bolts on along with it.
Does anyone know, please! Any help is appreciated!
