Borla Clearance?

ive got 17x10.5" deep dish anthracite wheels on my 04 GT, i also have 315/35R17 tires on there... now my question is will i have any clearance issues with a borla stinger catback on my car? ive seen many posts over the past year or so about people having thier exhaust rub but i couldnt remember which exhaust had that issue...

i might be safe because i didnt have to flip my quadshocks to mount the wheels/tires... also im currently still running a factory catback with flows welded in...

Dittos - no problem if the offset of the rims is correct for the Mustang. I have DD American Racing Torq Thrust II's - 17X11 and 17X9.5...with 315/35 out back and 275/40 up front...and the Stinger catback.
I honestly thought it would be an issue, but I was glad to be wrong!
