1011-1 is a decent gasket, it will hold alot of ****.

Wont Really be able to get this thing in motion til about may when ill have some free time to look for a coupe and pick on some other misc parts. Off the top of my head, the only things the motor needs right now is:
New gaskets
Oil Pump Driveshaft
Alt Brackets
Might be running an electric water pump
and some ARP main bolts
and then we're gonna throw it on the dyno and see how it does on race gas so ill have something to compare E85 to

Not all that exciting at this point

I have 1011-1s in my engine. Of course it's an iron block/head setup though. Everything I've read said 1011-1 for iron heads and 1011-2 for aluminum heads.

youll have no issues with the 1011-1 on a iron block alum head motor, they are stronger then the copper fire ring and with the high quality used in the newer heads they are fine.

The 850cfm should be fine unless you go e85, been on the engine dyno a lot
