I'm always game to hit the track on a Friday night or Sunday during the day. The mustang will be up shortly with a little different setup so the little "npi" should run decently but only time will tell.
I honestly believe if I were in the mustang that I wouldn't be here typing at the moment. I might not have actually died, however it wouldn't have been nearly as forgiving as the 4x4 truck. It was a pretty solid hit and the truck absorbed alot of it. I have pictures of the tree in the road, though will have to find a way to get them off of the camera since apparerently the camera is broken and won't upload just my luck
So this has turned in to a pretting productive little meeting. We ought to set up some dates at the track and in Houston. Do you guys go to the track in Baytown or I heard of an 8th mile here in Houston.
I live 30 mins from HRP (in Baytown) or HMP (on BW 8 between 59 and 10) and have been known to attend each frequently...well when my car was running atleast
Both tracks hook well though I still enjoy HRP just because of it being 1/4 mile. The tracks each cost $20 to run
Damn. Looks like the price went up a little. Yeah though, if we have the 1/4 mile track why not take advantage of it right. I have only run there once and that was in my old Chevy truck.
I would love to drive down for a get together but since its like 300 miles it would take me like two hours just to get there...... and three tanks of gas
I feel bad when I cant meet up with 04Sleeper gus in Dallas and its only 75 miles
The only Stangs in my area are a sweet 03 Silver GT that I work on, a yellow 99/01 Cobra with green/purple/red flames A blue Mach missing its side scoops cause the woman cant drive and really has no clue what shes got, a nice 04 red GT and a red Mach1 then a redfire Termi Vert. Other then that there really isnt anything here
It is nice having the fastest street car in Corsicana though
